Industrial and sewage water ejection in river streams on daily basis wide use of heavy metal is contaminating our surroundings. Among all the valences, Cr (VI) regarded as a hazardous ion, which contaminates groundwater can be transferred through food chain In-vitro study was carried out laboratory impact Trichoderma harzianum studied. For those two experiments i.e., solid medium assay liquid broth were conducted. In assay, radial growth, morphological alterations (appearance colony, changes morphologies spores hyphae) T. inhibition zone under stress at different doses 0, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 5000 ppm The results showed that growth insignificantly reduced highest dose (5000 ppm) 3.3% compared to control.
